DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCIAL
Derek Turner, President, joined Turner & Company in 1987 and purchased the family-owned firm in 1996. He earned an MBA in Finance and a BS in Real Estate from Baylor University. An Edmond civic leader, Derek has served on the Board of Directors of the Edmond Educational Endowment (EEE) and of Project Read. He serves on several community boards and is a frequent guest speaker for community functions and events.
Patrick Myers is a graduate of Central Missouri State University with a degree in Construction Management. He is our Manager of Land Planning. He is a member of the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association and serves on the Edmond YMCA Council and on the Edmond Land Conservancy. He is a member of the Edmond Central Rotary Club and was a participant of Leadership Edmond (Class XVIII).
Clay Coldiron is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a BS in American Studies. He is our Development Manager. He is a member of the American Public Works Association, the American Institute of Architects and the Edmond Central Rotary Club. He currently serves as Chairman of the APWA Oklahoma Central Branch.
David Craycraft is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Wildlife Biology. He is our Development Field Manager and oversees landscaping, maintenance and storm-water pollution and prevention. He is a member of the Oklahoma Urban and Community Forestry Council.
Mike Cunningham is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS degree in Business Management. He is our Development Administrator and our Property Management Administrator. He is active in the Kiwanis Club of Edmond and currently serves as Treasurer. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Edmond Parks Foundation.
Josh Moore is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate with a degree in Corporate Communication with an emphasis on Marketing. Previously employed as a Research Analyst for the Edmond Economic Development Authority, Josh is involved with new commercial projects, land sales and pre-leasing. He is a graduate of Leadership Edmond (Class XX), is active in Youth Leadership Edmond, serves on the Board of Appeals and Adjustments Committee for the City of Edmond, the Board of Directors for the UCO Alumni Association, and Board of Directors for Keep Edmond Beautiful, Inc.
Mike Heinen is our Development Marketing Consultant. He earned a degree in Business & Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. His professional career includes working with high profile golf course projects in Oklahoma and California with extensive experience in city based leisure services, parks, recreational and senior facilities. He was named Chamber of Commerce “Volunteer of the Year” and was President-Elect of Central Rotary. He is a graduate of Leadership Edmond.
Zach Holland is a graduate of The University of Colorado with a degree in Information Systems. He currently assists the development team with sales and administrating their technology needs.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Sharon Dentis, CPA, is a graduate of Kansas State University. She is the Finance Manager for Turner & Company and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s and the Oklahoma City Chapter of CPA’s. She was a participant of the Leadership Edmond (Class XVI) and is a member of the Women’s Network of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce. She is an Ambassador for the Edmond Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Board of the Edmond Historical Society.
Suzy Shoemaker is a 1994 graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and has been with Turner & Company since 1993. She is the Construction Administrator for Oak Leaf Custom Homes and also functions as Turner & Company's Office Manager. She is a graduate of Leadership Edmond (Class XVIV) and is active in the American Cancer Society. She has served three terms as Chairperson of the Edmond Relay for Life.
Vanessa Bingham is an accountant for Turner & Company. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting
Cathe Hartman is an Administrative Assistant.
Kim Mullins is our receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
